This is evidently from a seminar titled "Building Emotional Resilience Through Responsible Parenting" given by one Dan Peña, a wealthy business who does some sort of motivational speaking.  We cannot endorse usury, and we cannot comment on the rest of his material because we never read or watched. But he is certainly correct in this short snippet.
