Canadian Imprisoned for "Holocaust Denial"

A North Bay man, Kenneth Paulin, has received a precedent-setting nine-month jail sentence for wilfully promoting hatred against Jewish people online - including denying the Holocaust. It is the first such jail term in Canada. - CTV News
Canaduh has had this law on the books since 1985:
Wilful promotion of antisemitism
(2.1) Everyone who, by communicating statements, other than in private conversation, wilfully promotes antisemitism by condoning, denying or downplaying the Holocaust
(a) is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or
(b) is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.
So perhaps one may even go to prison for "downplaying the Holocaust" by denying the existence of the HolocoasterTM or "masturbation machines" or any others of the thousands of Soviet-era Jewish lies about Germany.
