At a PowerPAC+ event in 2014 titled the Race Will Win the Race Conference, Stacey Abrams outlined a plan to use demographic change and redistricting to turn Georgia into a Democratic stronghold. The conference itself is openly racist, but it doesn't matter when niggers do it.
