Odd Voices Under My House

At about 15 seconds in this video, there is an odd voice which I also heard at my desk. As sson as the dogs strted barking I knew Melissa was home from food shopping, so I looked out the windows and she was pulling in the driveway, not yet out of the jeep. Brad was with her, so nobody else was here but me. The same voice is heard at the end of a short recording below, which is from the camera in our driveway where she is seen pulling in.
